Metal Processing

Metal can go through a processing cycle numerous times without loosing its properties so that they can stay the same. Our scrap metal process is simple but effective and can be carried out in 3 steps. These 3 steps are:

  • Processing: All of the metals are compressed to minimise the amount of space which is being taken up on the conveyor belts.

  • Shredding and Melting: The metals are then shredded into thin pieces allowing the metal to melt quicker.

  • Purification: The metals are then melted again, and then they will be developed into a block form and ready for re-distribution.

Metal recycling process

Metal recycling is very inexpensive and is a crucial service for decreasing pollution. This is because the recycled metal can go through the process again and again and its properties will remain the same. We have a metal recycling process that is simple but effective and it is carried out in 3 stages:
1 – Processing
2 – Shredding and Melting
3 – Purification
